The Reflector is a landmark office and residential development situated in Dublin’s Grand Canal Dock. Given its waterfront location and impressive size, we felt it needed a name distinctive from its address of 8 Hanover Quay. The Reflector name takes its cue from both its water views and also the architects’ vision for the building with its proposed panels of light reflecting material. The brief was for something unique, which would mimic this concept of light.

The bespoke logo, echoes the condensed form found on a much loved typographic sign for Grand Canal Dock which sits next to the water. Multiple inlines were added within each letter form, to establish an iconic logo that captures the sentiment of repetition and reflection. Instantly recognisable, this logo has created a memorable brand identity, working from its smallest form, right up to large format hoarding and signage. A brand pattern was created, and this is based upon the distinctive mesh panels which are so synonymous with the building.

The 64 page, cloth covered brochure which was specially printed and foiled in Holland. This allowed the brochure to have a big impact, conveying the quality of the development. It also meant the brochure was durable and portable, a must have for the agent, rather than the traditional coffee table style tome normally associated with prime property pieces.

Working in close collaboration with Park Developments and agent Savills to bring this waterfront living concept to life through its identity and corresponding promotional material including website, photography, drone footage, CGIs, video, hoarding and brochure.
